While building custom CMS components for corporate America, I found my way to WordPress. It was obvious when I was making plans to leave the corporate scene that I would be incorporating WordPress into my own business. Since then, I never looked back and I have used WordPress exclusively to grow my business with existing WordPress users and new clients. I still use my front-end development skills because they definitely come in handy when I’m looking for ways to keep my WordPress development streamlined.

I love WordPress and I invest some of my time in the development of WordPress by volunteering to provide feedback and submit bug issues, as well as speaking at WordCamps. I have been privileged to be a part of WordCamp Santa Clarita in 2021. I am also an Elementor (WordPress Page Builder) Community Leader for the Central U.S. As of 2023, I’m hoping to be a part of the WordCamp Houston organizing team to help bring back WordCamp to the South Texas area.
The question “How much is a website?” can only be answered once the details are in place and both parties understand the scope of the project. The big thing to remember here is that a professionally designed website is an investment, not a cost. Sounds like a cheesy tagline I know but, for many of my clients, the websites I build are the lifeblood of their business and can be yours too.
My website pricing generally falls into 3 ranges/starting points.
This is my starting point and generally covers your average or smaller brochure/information-based websites (up to 5-10) pages that may include a blog or basic plugins but don’t have too much complex functionality.
This range includes portfolio or more customer engaging based sites that are generally 11-25 pages with some advanced functionality like blogging, project galleries, calendars, events, quote forms, etc.
This range includes larger sites (generally 30+ pages) that require more extensive design and development, functionality, template creations, training, and interactive customer solutions, etc.
I also offer custom solutions for robust builds that exceed my extra-large site range as well.
